Referral
We are a voluntary agency; in most cases clients self refer in order to initiate service. Exceptions include Group Delta and some Youth Justice Services.
With client consent we welcome information exchange from schools, family physicians and other community professionals who are supporting a referral and seeking to coordinate services.
We offer consultation to professionals who wish to facilitate a referral to support a family. When client consent is not available Centre staff may offer general advice and strategies to assist professionals seeking to facilitate a referral. With client consent managers may offer more specific consultation by phone or attendance at meetings in order to support a client to make contact with the Centre.

While we are not an emergency service we respond to children and youth in serious mental health crisis. Serious concerns related to imminent risk of self harm or harm to others receive immediate response on a 24/7 basis in partnership with the Huron Perth Crisis Intervention Program. During office hours help us respond appropriately by telling us the nature of the crisis. Staff will then assist you to develop the best way to respond. For after-hours, weekends and holiday periods contact the Huron Perth Crisis Intervention Program:
